My cover arrived on Friday, 11/4. Looks good out of the box. If it is durable, I’ll be a very satisfied customer, and will certainly be back when I need another cover. I believe that the dimensions you obtained from the manufacturer are fine. The hot tub cover fits better than the replacement I bought based on my cover measurements, which was my intention.
