Thanks so much for the great new lid for our Hot Tub.
I don't know if it was my great measuring or you trumped me with the model name.
Either way it fits perfectly and the tie downs were a pleasant surprise. Awesome.
I would say more but I better go shut off the water. I just spent the last few hours draining and cleaning.
By tomorrow night we'll be soaking again in the tub with out having to first wrestle to old 200lbs lid.
I'll be back to order again when this one reaches it's limits. With luck we'll make the 7 year warranty expire.

Subject: great cover
Hey, I just wanted to let you know I received my cover and lifter a few weeks ago, and they both are great. The quality of the cover is far better than the factory cover I had, and the lifter works so much easier than the original one (which broke). The cover fit well, and snow doesn't melt off it like my old one (which must mean it's better insulated). Also, I would like to say the customer service was great. You guys were quick to call back and e-mail back with all questions I had. And the cover shipped quickly, without damage. I will be recommending you guys to friends
