Deluxe cover was great quality. The Cover Guy (TCG) had a template for my spa that was used and it fit very well. Delivery time was a few weeks which included some custom work and it was delivered to inside my front door of my house so that it was secure. I also appreciated the free shipping. I live in Las Vegas so I have to buy a cover about every 5 years because of the heat and sun. Time will tell if this cover lasts the test of time. Will use TCG again when this cover wears out.

Ordered two things: custom hot tub cover and a cover for the cover. The spa cover as perfect and really done well. There was confusion with the additional cover, partly my fault. Customer service is excellent, very responsive and really worked hard to resolve. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Exceptional experience. The cover I purchased was a replacement for my Hot Spring Spa which became too heavy to lift due to the amount of moisture it absorbed. For about the same cost as a new Hot Spring cover, I added the extra moisture block features to my purchase with The Cover Guy. My only concern was the amount of time I was expecting to wait for delivery, but I was pleased when you shipped the cover ahead of schedule. Thanks for an excellent product and service.
